Reading to children helps them to develop their imaginations and desire to learn to read on their own. And with this in mind we have designed our books to be simple and fun "storytime books" that can be read to children with the goal of being "read by children" as their ability to read on their own develops.

David Martin - Author / Illustrator / CEO DJC Kids Media
David Martin started DJC Kids Media as a way to share his years of experience as a teacher with a wider audience of kids. On YouTube David is known as DavidOsaka where he creates and uploads original children's educational videos. David has authored and illustrated many children's books including, Bob and Cayle, Where's My Cheese, Please?, The Little Bare Bear, Fishy Food and Dave the Canadian Beaver Goes to Japan, David enjoys snowboarding with his family and getting back to Japan as often as he can.
Frank Ludwig - Music Production
Although better known for his multi-platinum selling rock music with legendary Canadian band Trooper and Randy Bachman, Frank has also provided music for animations including projects that aired with Sesame St. New York. Now he has teamed up with children's author and illustrator, David Martin, to write and produce music for DJC Kids Media. Frank has also produced multi-cultural childrens cd's including, "Songs in the Key of Culture" and "40 Flying Fingers" and was a school music teacher for over 20 years.
